I really appreciate this post and your suggestions for self-care. I just returned from a long-planned mediation retreat at Omega with Dan Harris, Sebene Selassie and Jeff Warren. I was unsure if I should still go and even if I would feel welcome. In fact it was extremely healing to me and calmed my nervous system. Now I just have to keep it up in the real world.
